Jeden Freitag müssen wir im Büro an einem Kommunikations-Workshop teilnehmen. Das ist angeblich Pflicht. Diese Workshops sollen angeblich jedes Mal 2 Stunden dauern. Also, ich weiß nicht was man 8 Stunden im Monat diskutieren muss. Wir sollen nicht nur alle unsere Projekte im Büro fertig machen, sondern auch an einem blöden Workshop teilnehmen. Also, entweder arbeiten wir, oder wir arbeiten nicht. Wenn ich an einem Workshop teilnehme, kann ich nicht arbeiten.
Also, ich habe mich schon bei meiner Chefin beschwert. Ich habe gesagt „Ich habe weder die Zeit, noch die Lust an so einem Workshop teilzunehmen.“
Sie meinte nur, ich hätte keine Wahl. Jeder müsse an diesen Workshops teilnehmen. Sie meinte, entweder mache ich mit, oder ich soll mich beim obersten Management beschweren.
Ich meinte, es geht nicht nur um die Zeitverschwendung, sondern auch um das Prinzip. Man kann doch nicht einfach Leute zwingen an einem Workshop teilzunehmen.
Gott sei Dank kamen dann noch drei weitere Kollegen in ihr Büro und beschwerten sich. Dann wurde entschieden, dass der Workshop nur einmal im Monat stattfindet. Einerseits finde ich diese Workshopidee immer noch blöd, andererseits kann ich mich mit dem Kompromiss abfinden. Was soll’s!
