Mittens
Meine Freundin Karin ist diese Woche für 2 Monate nach Kanada geflogen. Sie arbeitet als Meeresbiologin, und hat eine Einladung bekommen, dort an einem Forschungszentrum zu arbeiten.
Da sie ihre Wohnung nicht aufgeben wollte, bat sie mich, ob ich für diese zwei Monate auf ihre Kate, Mittens, aufpassen könnte, und ihre Wohnung sauber halten könnte. Natürlich habe ich ja gesagt. Kurz bevor sie abgereist ist, hat sie mir eine Liste gemacht:
„Das Katzenklo muss einmal täglich saubergemacht werden. Mittens darf ruhig dreimal am Tag gefüttert werden. Er ist immer sehr wenig, aber dafür häufiger. Die Post muss täglich von Briefkasten geholt werden. Bitte vergiss, dass nicht, weil wir schon ein paar Diebstähle hatten, und mir soll ein Paket geschickt werden. Der Klodeckel muss immer zugemacht werden, da Mittens gerne mit dem Wasser spielt. Ich habe zwar genug Katzenfutter gekauft, aber falls du mehr Futter kaufen musst, kann es unter der Spüle aufbewahrt werden. Ach, und vergiss bitte nicht: Meine Blumen müssen alle zwei Tage gegossen werden. Vielen Dank!”
