If you see something on CORE Languages that you believe violates our CORE Languages Community Guidelines, you can do the following.

    Examples of violations include:

    • Commercial spam

    • Sexual or inappropriate comments

    • Hate speech, threats
    • Scams, phishing or fraud
    • Bullying or harassment
    • Overtly religious or political posts not pertaining to language or cultural education

If the inappropriate comment took place in a Group or Discussion, please take the following steps to report the comment.

    1. View and click “Report Discussion”.

    2. After clicking “Report Discussion” a window will pop-up. Fill out the Report and click “Report”.

If the comment took place in an inbox message or on another system (like Skype), please take a screenshot and copy the text from the comment, and send it to support@corelanguages.com. The support team at CORE Languages will review the comment and take action.

    Avoiding Scams

On CORE Languages you will have the opportunity to become friends with people from all over the world. Please remember to use your own best judgment when giving information to people you don’t know. For your own personal and financial safety we recommend never sharing information that should be kept confidential, such as your physical address and your bank account information.

You should never send any money to someone you have met on the internet. All transactions on CORE Languages should be made in CORE Languages Points or purchases through our online shop from student to CORE Languages. CORE Languages will never ask you for your password or credit card information through direct or indirect messaging. If you receive suspicious communications, please report them to us immediately.

If any CORE Languages user ever makes you feel pressured to do something you are not comfortable with, please contact us at support@corelanguages.com immediately for assistance.
