New to the CORE Languages Team? Welcome! We are a language services provider, so whether you are a language instructor, interpreter, translator, intercultural trainer or destination services consultant, we are excited to have you on the CORE Team!

Welcome to the Team!
When you first applied through our website, you created a login username and password, which gave you access to our portal, CORE CONNECT. The first page you land on is the dashboard page. You will need to click on the profile page and fill it out completely. This is important, because it contains information that will help clients looking for instructors, interpreters, etc. find you in our system. If you haven’t already done so, log into and be sure to fill it out! Make sure you fill out 3 areas: your Profile details, your teaching availability and your teaching skills. This will help you connect with potential students and clients. You will also need to fill out the direct deposit details and W-9 in order to get paid when the time comes.

The next part of your profile you will want to complete is Teaching Skills.
You will select the subject you wish to teach (German, Spanish, French, English as a Foreign Language, etc.). For all languages, include 1, 2 or 3 of the CEFR competency levels you can teach up to. If you are able to teach up to CEFR Advanced C1-C2 make sure to also select the beginner and the intermediate levels! Add Another language or subject until you are complete and then click submit.

From your profile, click on the blue Actions button and then click on Set Availability from the dropdown. You will be taken to a calendar. Click Mass Create (please note when setting your availability, you do not have to be 100% specific on when you are available. For example, if you have a doctor’s appointment here or there, you do not need to edit a specific date to note that.) Simply set general times, for example 9:00am to 5:00pm (all times on your calendar are set based off of your time zone). Set the start Date for the first day of your schedule. Set the End Date as the end of the year or December 31st to keep from having to constantly update your availability (you can reset your availability again for next year). Select all days of the week you wish to be available for classes. Set the start time of your availability block. Set the end time of your availability block.
