I am a long time ESL instructor with a special interest in business English. I have extensive experience working with international professionals in all areas: general and business writing, grammar, vocabulary, reading skills. I also work with native speakers on grammar and writing skills for personal and professional professional development.

I was a graphic artist for many years as well, with a BFA in illustration; I also have a BA degree in Japanese and a MA in adult education with an emphasis on ESL, plus CELTA certification. I love language and culture and appreciate the varied interests my students bring to class.
