How to Book a Class with CORE Languages

Booking a language class with CORE Languages is simple and flexible. Follow these easy steps to get started with one of our expert teachers:

1. Select Your Language and Teacher

• On any page with our scheduling tool, choose the language you would like to learn from the dropdown menu.
• If you have a specific teacher in mind, select their name from the list. Want to get to know our teachers? meet them in our online community by joining a study group!
• Want to be matched with an available teacher? Leave the teacher selection blank.
• Click Continue to proceed.

2. Choose a Time That Works for You

• Select a class time based on the teacher’s availability.
• If you can’t find a suitable time, try leaving the teacher field blank to be matched with a teacher who is available when you are.
• Once you’ve selected your time, click Continue to move to the next step.

3. Set Up Recurring Sessions (Optional)

• If you’d like to schedule multiple sessions, select Yes when prompted and choose additional dates.
• If you prefer a one-time session, select No and continue.

4. Review Your Booking Details

• Double-check your class details, including date, time, and teacher selection.
• Confirm your contact information to ensure you receive class notifications.

5. Apply Any Discounts & Checkout

• If you have a discount coupon, enter the code before proceeding.
• Click Continue to complete your payment and finalize your booking.

6. Receive Confirmation & Class Link

• After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your upcoming class.
• Your email will also include the LessonSpace meeting link, where your class will take place.

7. Manage Your Classes from Your Dashboard

• Track upcoming sessions and access your meeting links from your scheduling dashboard. Click the dropdown arrow for the session link or rescheduling options.
• If your teacher or a CORE Languages admin schedules a class for you, you can pay for it directly from your dashboard in order for the session to take place.
