Definition: Eficiência Energética refers to the practice of using less energy to provide the same level of energy service. It’s all about getting the maximum use out of every unit of energy, to promote sustainability and reduce wasted resources.
For example, LED light bulbs use less energy than traditional bulbs for the same amount of light – that’s energy efficiency!
Portuguese sentence:
“Devemos buscar a eficiência energética em nossas casas, trocando lâmpadas tradicionais por LED.”This translates to: “We should seek energy efficiency in our homes, switching traditional bulbs for LEDs.”
