To foster deeper connections and ensure that each participant receives personalized attention, we are reducing our group class sizes. Starting next month, all group classes will now have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 participants.

We are reducing class sizes to ensure a more personalized and engaging learning experience. Smaller groups allow for increased participation, more tailored feedback, and stronger connections among students and instructors.

Our updated class sizes will have a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 6 participants.

Smaller class sizes lead to more interactive sessions where you can engage more frequently, receive individual attention from instructors, and build closer relationships with your peers, all of which are conducive to a more effective learning environment.

We are adjusting our schedules slightly to accommodate the new class sizes. We will communicate these changes well in advance, ensuring you have plenty of time to plan and adjust.

Yes, we will continue to offer a range of class times to accommodate different time zones and personal schedules. Our priority scheduling feature in CORE CONNECT will help you find slots that best fit your calendar.

With lower class minimums, it will be easier than ever to start a group class. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, we do offer duo (2 participants) and private class options.

You can sign up through our group class page. Early registration is recommended to secure your spot in these smaller classes.

There are no changes to the cost at this time. We believe that the enhanced experience and outcomes provide an improved value for our clients and do not intend to increase group prices.
